Call (971) 397-9361 or send the form below. We answer during working hours and return messages the same day.
The fastest way to get a real number for your job is a short conversation followed by a site visit. Excavation quotes given sight-unseen are guesses — what the ground is doing on your particular lot decides most of the cost. We walk it, tell you what we expect to find, and put a firm itemized figure in writing before any machine shows up.
None of this is required to call, but having it to hand makes the first conversation much more useful:
We work Hillsboro and the western half of Washington County: Cornelius, Forest Grove, North Plains, Banks, and Gaston, plus the rural ground in between. If you are outside that area, say so when you call — we will tell you honestly whether it is a job we should take or point you somewhere better.
A backed-up sewer line, a slope that is actively moving, or water entering a structure is not a scheduled job. Call rather than using the form and say what is happening in the first sentence, so it gets triaged properly instead of sitting in an inbox.
Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Saturday by arrangement. Messages left outside those hours are returned the next working morning.
For most jobs we can walk the site within a few working days, and sooner when the weather window matters. Emergencies are handled the same day where we physically can. Wet-season work sometimes waits for ground conditions rather than for our schedule, and we will say so directly rather than taking a deposit for work that should not start yet.
No. The site visit and the written estimate are free, including the part where we tell you the job is smaller than you thought or does not need doing yet. We would rather give an honest answer and be called back for the next thing.
Yes. Most soil-moving work in Washington County needs a grading permit, and nearly every ground-disturbing site falls under Clean Water Services erosion-control rules. We identify the full permit set during the estimate rather than discovering it once a machine is on site.
Yes. Licence and insurance details are provided in writing with every estimate, and we are happy to send them before a site visit if you would rather check first.
Hillsboro and the western Washington County corridor: Cornelius, Forest Grove, North Plains, Banks, Gaston and the surrounding rural parcels. Work east of Hillsboro is generally better served by a contractor based on that side of the county, and we will say so rather than quoting a job we are the wrong fit for.
We can give a realistic range over the phone once we know the address and what you are trying to achieve. We will not commit to a firm figure without walking the site, because on this ground the difference between a straightforward job and a difficult one is usually invisible from the road.
Tell us about your project and we will come walk the site and give you a straight, itemized quote — no obligation, no pressure. Call us, or send the form and we will get back to you the same business day.
Call or text and reach us directly. We answer during business hours and return every message.
