Do you charge for an estimate?

No. The site visit and the written estimate are free, including the part where we tell you the job is smaller than you thought or does not need doing yet. We would rather give an honest answer and be called back for the next thing.

Do you handle permits?

Yes. Most soil-moving work in Washington County needs a grading permit, and nearly every ground-disturbing site falls under Clean Water Services erosion-control rules. We identify the full permit set during the estimate rather than discovering it once a machine is on site.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. Licence and insurance details are provided in writing with every estimate, and we are happy to send them before a site visit if you would rather check first.

What areas do you cover?
